I have used Lightroom extensively and there are too many differences to list here but I would say the main ones that I have noticed are:ġ. Nonstop attraction edited this topic ages ago. I haven't upgraded from Darktable 1.0 though. I've heard that Lightroom doesn't have the equalizer plugin. But with Darktable you can only apply one gradient and you have to toy with the coordinates as opposed to dragging with the mouse, which seems a little faster in Lightroom. I've seen in videos that the graduated neutral density plugin in lightroom lets you apply multiple gradients, and with a drag of the mouse. Has anyone used both Darktable and Lightroom? What are the main differences between them besides the fact that Darktable is free software and not available for MS Windows and that Lightroom is commercial software and not available for Linux? What are the relative strengths of each software? Thank you in advance.
